1. Offer Overview
As a thank-you to our Lotus Edge neighbors, Liquid Luxe Custom Pools ("Liquid Luxe," "we," "us") is offering twelve (12) months of complimentary Full Service pool care to eligible homeowners who register for this offer and sign a new pool construction contract with Liquid Luxe within the timeframe described below (the "Offer").
2. Eligibility
The Offer is available to owners of residential property located within the Lotus Edge community. To qualify, the homeowner must register for the Offer through the official registration form at lotusedgepools.com and sign a construction contract with Liquid Luxe for a new swimming pool to be built at their Lotus Edge property.
The following do not qualify: existing pools built by another contractor, backyard-only renovation projects, and any project that does not include the construction of a new pool by Liquid Luxe.
3. How to Claim the Offer
This is a limited-time Offer. Homeowners must register through the official registration form at lotusedgepools.com while registration is open. Liquid Luxe may close registration at any time and without prior notice. Once registration is closed, no new registrations will be accepted and the Offer will no longer be available to anyone who has not already registered.
Registration secures the Offer. Once registration is confirmed by Liquid Luxe, the homeowner's eligibility is locked in, subject to the contract deadline in Section 4.
Registration does not create any obligation to purchase.
4. Contract Deadline
To receive the benefit, the registered homeowner must sign a new pool construction contract with Liquid Luxe no later than December 31, 2027. If a signed contract is not in place by that date, the Offer expires automatically and may not be reinstated or extended.
5. The Benefit
Eligible homeowners will receive twelve (12) consecutive months of complimentary Full Service pool care, as defined in Liquid Luxe's standard Full Service maintenance plan in effect at the time service begins.
The 12-month complimentary period begins on the date the completed pool is delivered to the homeowner, not on the date of registration or contract signing. The delivery date will be confirmed in writing by Liquid Luxe at project completion.
6. What Is Not Included
The complimentary service covers routine Full Service pool care only. It does not include equipment repairs or replacement, replacement parts, damage caused by weather events, misuse, negligence, or third parties, or any service outside the scope of the standard Full Service plan. Any such work will be quoted and billed separately at Liquid Luxe's current rates.
7. Additional Terms
The Offer is limited to one (1) per property and one (1) per construction contract. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a discount on the construction contract. The Offer is non-transferable, including in the event the property is sold. Unused months of service do not roll over and cannot be extended. If the construction contract is canceled or terminated for any reason, the Offer becomes void. The Offer may not be combined with other promotions unless approved in writing by Liquid Luxe.
8. Changes to the Offer
Liquid Luxe reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect homeowners who have already completed registration and whose eligibility has been confirmed, provided they meet the contract deadline in Section 4.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
