Marcelo: I’m Marcelo, Liquid Luxe again. I’m here with my very special neighbor Maria. She is a designer at Lotus Edge, and I want to introduce to you guys the beautiful pool we built for her and her husband. We just finished the project, including the pool with a sun shelf, hot tub and an outdoor kitchen.
Marcelo: This is full HDPE. Maria had a very special color selection. She selected the blue color that matches the pool, a 30-inch grill, a sink on the side, a glass-door fridge, three drawers and a beautiful countertop. That was a selection she made. Maria, what did you like most about this summer kitchen?
Maria: I love having everything here by the pool. We have a lot of friends, make barbecue and have a lot of fun. We love to cook inside, and now outside. It is amazing. Thank you very much for this.

Six projects in this portfolio are marked completed in under 90 days: Santo Grande Residences 01 and 02, Corsica Residences 01, 02 and 03, and Honolulu Residence 01. These are individual project results, not a guaranteed schedule for your home. Let’s discuss the scope and timing of your own build.
How much should I budget for my Lotus Edge pool?

Where can I check Lotus Edge’s project requirements?
GRS Community Management publishes a Lotus Edge improvement checklist with a section for pools and spas. Use it as a starting point and confirm the current requirements for your lot with the association. Liquid Luxe is independent of GL Homes and the Lotus Edge HOA.
